I feel seen

Hearing other people’s stories is helping me recognize and process all the abuse I went through with a narcissist parent who groomed their golden child to be one as well.
As the youngest and smallest I was a trial victim for my sibling and could never understand before why I never had fairness or even protection from his abuse. I then would be punished for allowing his attacks in a double lose situation. Now I understand it was generational narcissistic abuse in the making. I’m glad I broke free.
